These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.thekudostudio.com (“Website”), the purchase and use of our digital products (templates), and the provision of our services. By using our Website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.olicy explains how The Kudo Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website www.thekudostudio.com(“Website”).
If you do not agree, you must not use our Website, purchase our products, or commission our services.

All content on this Website (including text, branding, images, and design) is owned by or licensed to The Kudo Studio and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access to the Website at any time without notice.
Digital products
3.1 License to use
When you purchase a template, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for one personal or business project.
You may customise and edit the template for your own project.
You must not -
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage the template (whether original or modified).
Claim ownership of the template design.
Share template files with third parties outside your project.
3.2 Delivery
Templates are delivered electronically (download or email) immediately or shortly after purchase.
3.3 Refunds
Due to the digital nature of templates, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued if the product is defective or not delivered.
3.4 Compatibility & support
Templates are designed for use with specific platforms (e.g. Framer). We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices, browsers, or plugins.
Basic installation guidance may be offered, but ongoing support is not included unless purchased separately.
Web design services
4.1 Project scope
Work is carried out according to the agreed written proposal.
Requests outside the agreed scope are considered additional work and billed separately.
4.2 Client responsibility
Clients must provide required content, materials, and approvals in a timely manner.
Delays in providing content may extend the project timeline.
4.3 Revisions
Unless otherwise agreed, projects include two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at our standard rate.
4.4 Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins, with the balance due on completion before final files are delivered.
UK clients may pay by bank transfer, while international payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Late payments may incur interest at 5% per month, and work may be paused until payment is received.
4.5 Intellectual property
All draft concepts, unused designs, and working files remain the property of The Kudo Studio.
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the Client only once full payment is received.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.6 Ongoing Support & Maintenance
For clients who purchase ongoing support or maintenance, The Kudo Studio may remain a collaborator on the project for the duration of the service. This access allows us to carry out updates, fixes, and improvements as agreed. Once the maintenance service ends, collaborator access will be removed.
Payments & pricing
Prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely by trusted providers (Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, bank transfer).
We do not store full payment card details.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Kudo Studio shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms exludes libability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
Third-party links
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our Website, products, or services if these Terms are breached. Clients remain liable for any payments due up to the termination date.
Force Majeure
The Kudo Studio will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver services caused by events outside of our reasonable control. These may include (but are not limited to) natural disasters, power outages, internet or hosting failures, strikes, accidents, or government restrictions.
If such an event occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to resume our services once the situation is resolved.
Changes to this policy
We may update this this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Updated” date, at the top of this page.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
